Mermaiding is a magical experience that combines graceful movement, body awareness, and fantasy.

The Basic Mermaid program is for everyone who wants to mermaid safely, using the duck dive and the dolphin kick, and also learn about breath-hold techniques, equipment care, and self-rescue.

This certification is open to everyone, regardless of size, gender, ethnicity, and age (as long as you are older than 6) and provides the perfect introduction to mermaiding for complete beginners.

Depending on the weather and your comfort level, we will swim in a pool or a section of the ocean with pool-like conditions.
