REFUND POLICIY
Total refund - In case of Cozumel's harbour closed due to bad weather, a medical condition, illness or desease signed off by a physician, natural catastrophes, war or death
50% refund - In case of cancelation 2 weeks prior the first reservation day
25% refund - In case of cancelation 1 week prior the first reservation day
0% refund - In all other cases
